These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and attendance at the free live training offered by Casey ("we", "us", "our"). By registering you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
The training is a free, live group session delivered online via Zoom. Dates, times, and content may change or be cancelled at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of any changes using the contact details provided at registration.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Your unique join link is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or distributed. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from a session at our discretion.
Any income figures, earnings, or results mentioned on this page or during the training are examples and illustrations only. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own actions and results.
All materials, slides, recordings, bonuses, and content provided in connection with the training are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not record, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the training without our written permission.
Any bonuses offered for attending live are provided at our discretion and may have conditions attached (such as attending live and staying until the end). We reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonuses at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this page, your registration, or your attendance at the training. The training is provided "as is".
